Eligibility:
This giveaway is open exclusively to members of The Bridal Chat on WhatsApp, a group chat created by Jazz.
Entrants must be getting married in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @csoweddings on Instagram
- Like, comment on, and share CSO Weddings' pinned post to their Instagram Story for a minimum of 24 hours
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random via an Instagram comment picker tool.
Verification of group chat membership will be conducted before the winner is confirmed.
Winners will be chosen by 1st August 2025 and must claim their prize in writing to CSO Weddings/Chinaza Onyechi (via text, email or DM) by 5th August 2025.
The winners will be announced on CSO Weddings' Instagram Story by 10th August 2025.
If the prize is not claimed by 5th August 2025, it will be allocated to another eligible entrant chosen at random.
Prize Details:
The prize is a 1.5 hour outdoor couples/engagement photoshoot with CSO Weddings' lead photographer Chinaza Onyechi.
The photoshoot must be completed between September 2025 and May 2026.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotion.
A consultation call is included in the prize to discuss shoot preferences (theme, outfits, poses).
Scheduling & Rescheduling:
Photoshoot dates are subject to the photographer’s availability. A shortlist of date options will be provided to the winners.
If a winner needs to reschedule, they must give the photographer at least 2 week’s notice (in writing via text, email or DM directly to Chinaza/ CSO Weddings) from the shoot date.
Only one reschedule is permitted. If the second date is missed or changed again, the prize is forfeited.
Photoshoot Location & Travel:
The shoot will take place outdoors in a public location within London zones 1-3. A curated list of recommended locations will be shared with the winner for them to choose from.
The photographer is open to location suggestions within London Zones 1-3, but if a suggested location requires any fees or permits, or is outside of these zones the winner is responsible for covering those costs as well as the photographer's travel expenses.
Studio shoots are not included in this prize.
The winner and their partner must arrange and pay for their own travel to and from the chosen shoot location as well as their own outfits, hair, makeup, props, accessories, venue/location entry tickets etc.
Shoot Experience & Output:
The photographer’s artistic style (photographic and editing) will be reflected in the final images.
No revisions or reshoots will be offered unless due to technical failure of equipment.
The photographer is not responsible for any issues related to force majeure. If this occurs the shoot may be rescheduled. Any rescheduling is subject to the rule written above concerning rescheduling even if another instance of force majeure occurs once more on the rescheduled shoot date.
The 1.5 hour time frame includes any desired outfit changes - please plan accordingly. Additional time can be added at a rate of £95 per hour and must be agreed upon in writing (via text, email or DM to Chinaza/CSO Weddings) at least 48 hours before the confirmed shoot date or availability for extra time cannot be assured.
The winner may request prints or any other deliverable provided by CSO Weddings, however this is not included in the prize and will come at an additional cost specified by CSO Weddings.
Agreement & Image Usage:
Before the session, both the winner and their partner must sign a standard photography agreement (link to be provided once winner is selected). The shoot will not proceed without a signed agreement. The winner and their partner may withdraw and thus forfeit the prize if they are not willing to sign the agreement.
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree that CSO Weddings may use any images captured during the session for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, website, and printed materials.
If the winner chooses to share any photo taken during this shoot by CSO Weddings on social media, the winner must give credit to the photographer by visibly featuring @CSOWeddings as a tag, in writing on the image, or written in the caption of the post.
All entrants by default agree to these terms and conditions.
